The face behind those hands is not that of a girl , not anywhere near. The creature in the picture belongs to a very rare species that genuinely dislikes the female sex [except its mother, grandmother and sister ,or so the creature speaks] So no sajnas or sajnis. This creature here is my little brother Yashas. It was his birthday on the 25th of June where he shouted into my ears I'm a teenager now[....yikes!!!] He looks shy but he isnt. He looks innocent which he isnt. Oneday he'll grow to be a tall, dark and handsome dude that I'm sure he'll be. To my fearless devil....Happy birthday.

This one was taken at Nakshatra, a restaurant in Bangalore during my last visit.

Belated Birthday wishes to your bro. Thats a good snap.. putting one's photograph, at the same time ensuring 100% privacy.

Hi,

just a thought. Most of the responses were towards the hand and the person concerned. Obviously none of us knew it was the lamp that was the main subject :D.. sorry..

Just says that naturally looking at things, the focus of the photograph was not on the lamp..

she should have just opened up the aperture and focused on the lamp totally blurring out the background.

If she is interested in photography and would like to learn more ask her to check out this place in vasant nagar. Anand sharan teaches photography to beginners and he is damm good at it. And you can buy her a good SLR camera from UK... the course is only for 2 week-ends can fit inside a summer trip home. And she can start shooting pro photos almost immediately...

see, if I get a patient listener like you.. I go on and on... please dont mind..
